UCSF Women in Technology Workshop: MS Outlook (Windows)

Calendar: Library Classes

Join us for a one-hour workshop that covers tips and tricks for getting the most out of the Outlook Calendar tool. The Calendar is a critical tool for scheduling as well as for time management. Learn about features that will help you schedule meetings for large groups of people, attach documents to calendar items to keep meeting information organized in one place,  and color code calendar items for readability.

Mark Bering, ITS Exchange Customer Coordinator, will share his expertise in the Outlook Calendar and answer your questions. Bring your laptop if you’d like, as well as your lunch.  There will be two sessions – one for Windows users and one for Macs!

All members of the UCSF community are invited to attend.

Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
