Introduction to Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA)

Calendar: Library Classes

IPA is a biological knowledge base and software application for the analysis of genomic and proteomic datasets.

In this hands-on Introduction to IPA you will learn about basic Searching and Pathway Building tools in IPA, and run a comprehensive analysis of a microarray dataset to identify:

  • Signaling and Metabolic Pathways
  • Molecular Interaction Networks
  • Cellular and Disease Processes
  • Transcription Factors and other Upstream Regulators of your genes
  • Biomarkers and Drug Targets
