Cytoscape and Network Biology Users Group

Did you know there is an active and growing community of researchers interested in Cytoscape and Network Biology here at UCSF?   Have you ever asked What exactly is Network Biology? How are others using Cytoscape in their research? Or, How can I apply Cytoscape and Network perspectives to my data analysis?

Join us for the monthly Users Group to discuss these topics and more.

The group will be hosted by a pair of Cytoscape core developers, Scooter Morris and Alex Pico, who are also leaders in the National Resource for Network Biology who'll be prepared to answer questions and direct the discussion when needed. During these meetings we will cover the latest developments with Cytoscape v3.2.1 and upcoming plans, but the monthly agenda changes based on the driving questions and interests of the group.

Bring your laptops, bring your data, bring your networks, and bring your questions!
