Tableau 201 - Next Steps in Visualizing Data with Tableau In-Person

The first half of this class will cover more advanced concepts in Tableau, including:

  • calculated fields
  • merging data from multiple sources
  • creating maps
  • building more advanced dashboards

During the second half of the class we will discuss the data visualization design process and have time for participants to get feedback on their own visualizations.

Please bring your own laptop with a copy of Tableau (Public or Desktop) installed. You are also encouraged to bring your own data or an in-process visualization.
