Introduction to Wynton HPC Cluster Workshop Online

This workshop is designed to introduce the most fundamental concepts and best practices for Wynton, the HPC system available for UCSF users. We will cover foundational knowledge such as how to get an account, how to login/logout to different nodes, as well as some beginner UNIX commands useful in this environment. No worries if you do not have any experience with UNIX-like environments or HPC systems, that’s what want to introduce in this workshop!

This one-hour workshop will be on Zoom and led by our Student Teaching Assistants, Fred and Marlene. Please register in advance if you are interested. We look forward to seeing you in April!
