Creating Surveys in Qualtrics (Online) In-Person

Qualtrics is a web-based tool provided by UCSF to create surveys. This class will prepare you to create your own survey, distribute the survey, and export respondent data.

  • Access Qualtrics through MyAccess
  • Create Surveys
    • Integrate different question types
    • Skip logic
    • Piped text
    • Email triggers
    • Blocks and branching
    • Use the Look and Feel editor
  • Distribute surveys
    •  Link types (individual vs. anonymous)
  • Export Data

The instructor will email the Zoom link a day before class.
