Critical & Feminist Pedagogy 1 (online) In-Person

This session (available for CME credit) provides an introduction to critical & feminist teaching methods, informed primarily by black feminist thought and intersectional feminist frameworks. We will utilize critical teaching methods in this session, including discussion and reflection. 

At the end of this course, attendees will be able to:

  • Define the aims of critical & feminist pedagogies

  • Describe at least 4 examples of ways to incorporate feminist teaching methods into your classes

  • Adapt the in-class examples to your current teaching needs

  • Reflect on the challenges to using these methods and create a plan for addressing them

This is a free online course that will meet via Zoom (link provided to registrants via email). CME credit may be received for this course; instructions below.
