Create Interactive Videos with Media@UCSF

Create Interactive Videos with Media@UCSF Online

Presenters:
Sean McClelland, Multimedia Specialist
Naryman Mustafa, Instructional Designer
Silvia Stone, Instructional Designer

Join us for a presentation about Media@UCSF, an online video hosting platform powered by Kaltura and integrated with the campus learning management system, the CLE. Media@UCSF provides the academic community with a centralized system for managing and distributing digital video content.

This session will provide an overview on how to create interactive videos with Media@UCSF - add questions to any video file to create an interactive quiz. We’ll also share how to use this feature to boost the power of educational videos by allowing viewers to participate directly with the video. Video quizzes may be graded, or simply used to engage students and encourage active participation. In addition, the Video Quiz feature allows quiz creators and co-editors to view analytics about the quiz and the users who have submitted it.

This 60 minute session via Zoom will kick off with a presentation followed by an attendee-driven Q&A.
