The UCSF community is invited to bring family to explore the UCSF Library's Makers Lab, a place to unleash your natural creativity. The Makers Lab is a creative, DIY space, where UCSF students, faculty, staff, and researchers can gather to make, collaborate, and tinker.
Register below and stop by anytime between 11am - 3pm on Family Fun Day; hands on demos and activities are scheduled throughout the day. 3D printers can also be reserved using the Makers Lab's reservation calendar and Makers Lab staff will be available to help with your projects.
Below is the Family Fun Day schedule:
- 11am - 12pm: Button & Magnet Making
- 12pm - 1pm: Sphero Obstacle Course
- 1pm - 2pm: Withdrawn Book Art
- 2pm - 3pm: 3D Printing Demo
We encourage everyone to explore and tinker during Family Fun Day, just make sure that children are accompanied by an adult at all times.
